General Objectives
In partnership with parents and the community, we at Oro Christian Grace School are committed to the holistic training of students by:

Instilling love for and service to God, country, and fellowmen.

Challenging students to strive for excellence in accordance with their intellectual, social, moral, and spiritual potential.

Integrating academics with opportunities for character development through teaching and role modeling of Christian values.

Promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork and aesthetic appreciation through physical education, sports, arts and music.

Fostering appreciation of Chinese culture and developing proficiency in the Chinese Language to give students a globally competitive edge.

Developing good stewardship by teaching students to care for the world that God created.
These general objectives are further amplified to specific objectives for the elementary and high school departments.

Specific Objectives for the Elementary Department
Holistic - To provide a holistic training that will enable students to develop excellence and character according to their God- given potential in the areas of academics, practical skills, art, music, performing arts and other areas.
Spiritual - To nurture spiritual growth and formation by which children (1) increase in faith and knowledge of God, (2) experience spiritual growth through Bible reading, prayer and service, and (3) manifest Christian values in daily life.
Intellectual - To provide a supportive environment and challenging curriculum that will enable each child to develop critical thinking skills, self-discovery, and self-expression and to grow according to his academic potential in preparation for education beyond the elementary level.
Moral - To provide opportunities for each child to develop personal integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-discipline, respect and concern for others, and good stewardship of God-given resources.
Physical - To promote physical fitness, self-discipline, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence through physical education, sports and co-curricular activities.
Social - To foster growth in interpersonal skills, acceptable conduct and social graces that will enable children to develop healthy relationships with family, peers, and community.
Civic - To foster appreciation and pride for one’s cultural heritage and identity, to develop awareness of issues facing the country and the world and their corresponding civic responsibility, and to prepare them to be productive Christian citizens that will impact society in a positive way.

Specific Objectives for the High School Department
Holistic - To provide a holistic training that will enable students to develop excellence and character according to their God- given potential in the areas of academics, practical skills, art, music, performing arts and other areas.
Spiritual - To instill spiritual disciplines that enable students to (1) grow in personal faith and relationship with God, (2) manifest Christian values in daily life, (3) stand up for personal convictions in the face of pressure, and (4) share the gospel to others.
Intellectual - To provide a challenging curriculum where students can develop critical thinking skills across the disciplines to enable them to think for themselves and make knowledgeable, reasoned decisions that impact the society in a positive way.
To equip students with the knowledge, skills and competence for further study and to provide effective guidance in choosing the right vocation.
Moral - To instill lifelong values of personal integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-discipline, respect and concern for others, good stewardship of God-given resources, and sound decision-making based on Christian morals.
Physical - To promote physical fitness, self-discipline, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-confidence through physical education, sports and co-curricular activities.
Social - To develop interpersonal skills, acceptable conduct and social graces based on a healthy self-image that will enable students to develop healthy relationships with family, peers, and community.
Civic - To foster appreciation and pride for one’s cultural heritage and identity, to develop awareness of issues facing the country and the world and their corresponding civic responsibility, and to prepare them to be productive Christian citizens who will contribute to nation building.
