Entrance Exam Schedule for Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School:

• January 31, 2026

• February 14, 2026

• March 14, 2026

 

Age Requirements:

Pre-Nursery: must turn three (3) years old on or before October 31, 2026

Nursery: must turn four (4) years old on or before October 31, 2026

Kindergarten: must turn five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026

 

All required admission documents must be submitted online. Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be processed. Once an applicant is accepted, hard copies of all documents must be submitted to the Registrar's Office for record-keeping prior to enrollment.

 

Application Requirements:

1. Original PSA Birth Certificate

2. For incoming Grades 1-12:

• Copy of previous year's report card (SY 2024-2025) if applicable

• Copy of the latest report card (Form 138) for the 1st and 2nd quarters of the current school year (SY 2025-2026)

• Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school

Admissions Process:

1. Application is on a first-come, first-served basis depending on slot availability.

2. Applicants must pay the non-refundable, non-transferable application fee of PHP 800.00.

3. Incomplete and incorrect requirements will not be processed

4. A notice of admission will be sent via email to successful applicants, who will then be given seven (7) working days to pay the reservation fee. Failure to pay within the period will forfeit the slot. The application will then be automatically cancelled.

 

Applications of those with INCOMPLETE documents and those that DO NOT MEET the requirements may be denied. Note that the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
