Oro Christian Grace School

All applicants (i.e. new students, transferees, or returnees) must accomplish the following:

1. Take and pass the OCGS entrance examination.

2. Submit the following requirements upon application: (All copies must be accompanied with the original for verification.)

   • Copy of NSO birth certificate​

   • (2) Two 2"x2" ID pictures

   • Report Card (Form 138)

   • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended

   • For foreign citizens:

     • Copy of passport (information page​) and Visa

     • Copy of ACR

     • Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration

3. One-on-one interview with the Guidance Counselor, followed by an interview with parents or guardian present.

4. The school reserves the right not to accept applicants on the basis of past academic record and/or conduct. Minimum rating requirements:

   • ​Applicants in the elementary level should not have more than one failing rating in any academic subject.​

   • Applicants in high school levels should not have a failing final rating in any academic subject.

   • Applicants should not have an NI (Needs improvement) final rating in conduct or below 75% rating in their report card from the school last attended.
